How to plan conference, workshop, webinar, etc.

  • Plan any event based on size, expectation and investments.
  • Plan atleast 6 months before if the event size or expectations (For eg. International conference) are huge. This time should be used for all marketing activities.
  • Location is more important 
  • Association with reputed organizations is add-on.
  • Certifications/publications/prizes are the deciding factors for participants to join any event.
  • Initial fee collected from participants should justify all factors of the event. Ultimately, they should come to a recurring event.
