The Organizing Committee enthusiastically welcome you to participate in the Symposium on World Economics, Finance and Business (WEFB 2024), during Jul. 24th-26th, 2024 in Singapore, with hybrid format.

WEFB 2024 includes Plenary Forum, breakout sessions, poster exhibitions during the three days program, which will focus on the 20 topics, including Economic Policy and Theory, Market and Funding Liquidity, Labor Markets and the Macroeconomy, Climate Change and Green Finance, etc.

The conference will provide a forum for discussing innovative research on a wide range of topics relevant to the global economy and to facilitate the exchange of views executives, practitioners, professors, researchers and policymakers, etc.

Despite its small domestic market and a lack of natural resources, Singapore rapidly developed from a low-income country to a high-income country in the second half of the 20th century; this rapid transformation is often referred to as a ‘miracle’. With a business-friendly regulatory environment and a very low unemployment rate, Singapore is one of the world’s most prosperous nations.
