In progressCOMRes 2019 aims to promote and provide a platform for researchers, academia, and practitioners to meet and exchange ideas on recent research and development in the areas of computing technology.The theme for COMRes 2019 deliberately constitutes of a broad canvas. The precise conference theme is expected to emerge from the proceeding papers themselves which are organized around the areas of computing research. All accepted papers will be submitted to IEEE for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®, and accepted, will be indexed by Scopus. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference i.e. removal from IEEE Xplore.
