Submission Guideline:

A. Manuscript Submission

Before you submit your paper, please ensure that:

1. The paper is written in accordance to the IEEE double-column format.

2. The number of pages is TWO (up to FIVE). Overlength page charges will apply for paper length in excess of TWO pages during registration later.

3. The paper should include the abstract, introduction, results with the appropriate illustrations, conclusion, and references.

The Organizing Committee of APCAP 2026 invites proposals for special sessions to supplement regular programs. These special sessions aim to bring together leading researchers from around the world to present their research in focused, yet novel and emerging topics of Antennas and Propagation.

Special Session Proposal Guideline

Please prepare your proposal as below guideline:

1. A special session is expected to have more than 6 speakers.

2. Please Prepare the proposal through: https://www.apcap2026.org/APCAP2026_Special%20Session%20Proposal%20Template.docx

3. All papers submitted for the special session need to be original, and will go through the same review process as that of regular papers.

4. Prospective organizers of special sessions should submit proposals to contact@apcap2026.org.

5. Proposal Submission Deadline: February 28, 2026
