The conference, is devoted to the 80 anniversary of department of a dermatovenereology and to the 100 anniversary since the birth of the remarkable doctor, the scientist, the teacher professor V.A. Leonov.The department of a dermatovenereology of the Kursk state medical institute has rich history. The founder of department and its first manager was the scientist with a world name, the famous Soviet dermatovenerologist professor A.A. Stein, professors M.M. Zheltakov, V.G. Andreyev directed department. Graduates of the Kursk state medical institute, the famous scientists-dermatovenerologists the academician of RAS Yu.K. Skripkin and professor Yu.S.
