The objective of the seminar is to gather colleagues especially from the Nordic (and Baltic) countries that are active in the railway field. This includes staff from universities, institutes, authorities, manufacturers, operators, maintenance companies, and consultants. Topics to be presented and discussed comprise both infrastructure and vehicle issues, and all the phases of design, construction, operation and maintenance.
