Submission Guidelines:

1. Full Paper Submission (Oral Presentation & Publication): Authors are required to submit a complete paper. Accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings after peer review.

2. Oral Presentation Only: Only an abstract submission is required.

Submission Requirements:

The official language of the conference is English. All papers must be written and presented in English.

Full papers should include figures/tables and references, with a length of 4–5 pages. An additional page charge will apply starting from the sixth page.

 

Publication:

After a thorough review process, all accepted papers will be published in the ICBIM 2026 Conference Proceedings , provided that the corresponding authors complete proper registration and present their papers as required. The proceedings will be submitted for indexing in Ei Compendex, Scopus, and other leading academic databases.

 

Journal Publication:

Selected papers will be recommended to the following journal after successful registration and proper extension, please kindly indicate your preference when you submit.
