Paper Publishing:

Full papers submitted will go through peer reviewing process by technical program committees and international reviewers. Selected and presented papers will be published as Post-Proceedings in a volume of Springer book series: Lecture Notes in Civil Engineering, which will be abstracted and indexed by EI Compendex , Scopus, Inspec, SCImago, ZbMATH etc.
