Publishing and Indexing:
Submissions will be peer reviewed by technical program committee, and accepted full papers will be published into International Journal of Information and Education Technology (IJIET) or International Journal of Learning and Teaching (IJLT) based on the paper topic and quality.

Submission Guideline:
Abstract Submission
1.The abstracts can be one-page long (200-250 words).
2.The abstract include Problem Statement, Purpose of Study, Methods, Findings and Results, and Conclusions and Recommendations (These elements may need some adaptation in the case of discussion papers: Background, Purpose of Study, Sources of Evidence, Main Argument, and Conclusions).
Full Paper Submission
1.Submissions to ICLT 2025 must be original; submissions cannot have been published or accepted in a journal or conference proceedings, nor presented at another conference. Further, submissions must not be concurrently under consideration for publication or presentation elsewhere.
2.Each paper must be no more than 8 pages (including the abstract, figures, tables, and references). Extra pages will be charged $70 (US dollars) | 500 CNYper extra page.

Participants at ICLT span a wide range of backgrounds, from academic and industrial researchers, to entrepreneurs and engineers, to graduate students and postdocs. Welcome senior scholars and researchers to join the ICLT conference committee to help review papers submitted to ICLT 2025. Applicants should send your CV to [email protected].
