The 15th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS 2023) will be held in Xi'an, China during November 17-19, 2023. It is hosted by Xi'an University of Posts & Telecommunications, China, co-hosted by Southwest Jiaotong University, China, assisted by the Signal Processing Branch of the Chinese Institute of Electronics, China, East China Normal University, China, and Shanghai Key Laboratory of Multidimensional Information Processing, China,  and technically supported by the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.

The conference committee invites submissions of applied or theoretical research as well as of application-oriented papers on all the topics of ICSPS. Papers submitted to ICSPS 2023 will be subject to a double-blind peer review based on originality, contributions, presentation, relevance to conference, etc.

*Publication* 

Submitted paper will be peer reviewed by technical committee, and accepted papers after proper registration and presentation will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications (XUPT) is co-designed and implemented by the People’s Government of Shaanxi Province and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The University is located in Xi’an, a historic city in Northwest China, famous for its magnificent ancient culture. XUPT was founded in 1950 and gradually developed into a polytechnic university focusing on engineering and the specialization of information science technology. The University covers a total area of 247 acres, with a current full-time student enrollment of 19,000.
