After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers will published in the form of Conference Proceedings, and submitted to IEEE Xplore、EI Compendex、Scopus for indexing after being published.

1) Submission feeEach page (4 pages) is 550 USD / 3600 CNY, the extra page fee is 50 USD / 400 CNY per page starting from page 5.

2) Attendees without submission, 270 USD / 1500 CNY per person.
