2022 Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP 2022)

Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP) is now the largest conference in the Asia-Pacific region on optical communication, photonics and relevant technologies, which has been held annually tracing back to 2001 and jointly sponsored by OSA, SPIE, IEEE Photonics Society, The Chinese Optical Society and China Institute of Communications.

ACP 2022 will be hosted by Southern University of Science and Technology in Shenzhen during 5-8 November 2022. We would like to invite you to participate in this international conference, to share your recent research outcome as well as taking this opportunity to meet scholars, scientists and researchers from different parts of the world.

★Conference Proceedings

Accepted papers will be included into ACP conference proceedings and submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements, which will be submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

★Submission Instruction

1. English is the official language of the conference; the paper should be written and presented only in English.

2. Only work that has not been previously published at the time of the conference will be considered.

3. Prior to make the submission, please prepare your full paper or abstract according to the template. Full paper should be at least 4 pages under the format. Regular registration fee only covers one 5 pages paper. Additional pages will cost extra fees.

4. The submission will be confirmed and assigned a Paper ID by the conference secretary within 3 working days after submission.

★Call for Workshop & Industry Forum

The organizing committee would like to invite Workshop & Industry Forum proposals in related topics. This call will generate session topics for congress participants to choose from during the published paper submission, oral presentation and poster. Session organizers for included sessions are responsible for accepting or declining participants to their sessions.

★Conference Awards

--Best Paper Award in Industry Innovation

Any non-invited speaker, who is the first author as well as the presenting author of a paper submitted will be eligible for this award. Papers focusing on industry and technology will be selected by the ACP 2022 Committee. Certificates and Awards will be presented to the winners at the conference banquet and award ceremony.

--Best Student Paper Award

Any full-time university student, who is the first author as well as the presenting author of a paper submitted with choosing presentation type of “Best Student Paper Award”will be eligible for this award. Winners will be selected by the ACP 2022 Committee. Certificates and Awards will be presented to the winners at the conference banquet and award ceremony.

--Best Poster Award

Any poster paper that is registered by at least one of the authors, presented during the assigned time slot will be eligible for this award. Certificates and Awards will be presented to the winners at the conference banquet and award ceremony.

★ACP/IPOC History

Asia Communications and Photonics Conference (ACP) is currently the largest conference in Asia-Pacific region on optical communications, photonics, optical sensing and relevant optoelectronic technologies. ACP comes from APOC and AOE, and it has been held annually tracing back to 2001. ACP is jointly sponsored by OSA, SPIE IEEE Photonics Society, COS and CIC. There were more than 1000 registered attendees in ACP2014.
