Publication

As the workshop of ICCSS 2022, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the ICCSS 2022 Conference Proceedings as a special chapter, and submitted for IEEE Xplore inclusion, Ei Compendex and Scopus index.

After conference, some selected papers, after content extention (at least 40%) and peer-review, will be recommended to be published in IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices as regular papers. The journal information is as follows.

Submission

1. Submitted full papers should be prepared according to the paper template and no less than 5 pages.

2. Abstract (It can be accepted for presentation only)

3. The submitted paper is requested to be written in complete English.
