The 13th International Conference on Digital Image Processing (ICDIP 2021) will be held in Singapore during May 20-23, 2021.Since 2009, ICDIP has been successfully held 12 editions in various locations, including Bangkok(2009), Singapore(2010), Chengdu(2011, 2016), Kuala Lumpur(2012), Beijing(2013), Athens(2014), Los Angeles(2015), Hong Kong(2017), Shanghai(2018), Guangzhou(2019) and online (due to COVID-19 in 2020). It is one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Digital Image Processing.

Accepted papers of ICDIP 2021 after proper registration and presentation will be published in the conference proceedings by SPIE, which will be included in SPIE Digital Library and indexed by Ei Compendex, Scopus, etc.

* All previous proceedings have been successfully indexed by Ei compendex and Scopus. 

* Best and extended papers will be published in Multimedia Tools and Applications (Electronic ISSN: 1573-7721; Print ISSN: 1380-7501), Impact factor: 2.313 (2019), Five year impact factor: 1.994 (2019). Abstracted and indexed in: Science Citation Index Expanded (SciSearch), EI Compendex, Scopus, ACM Digital Library, CNKI, DBLP, etc. The Program Committee will select the best papers from the conference registered papers and ask authors to extend the papers.
