【HotICN 2021】2021 4th International Conference on Hot Information-Centric Networking will be held in Purple Mountain Laboratories, Nanjing, China, on November 25-27, 2021.

The HotICN 2021 is hosted by Purple Mountain Laboratories, Nanjing, China. It focuses on Information-Centric Networking and its fusion with BlockChain, Cloud Network Integration, and Testbed for Future Network. Papers with original contributions to these areas are solicited for submissions.

Accepted and presented papers of HotICN 2021 will be published in the conference proceedings by IEEE, which will be included into IEEE Xplore Digital Library and submitted for EI Compendex and Scopus index.

The conference proceedings of HotICN 2019、2020 have been indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus. The conference proceedings of HotICN 2020 has been published by IEEE and will submit to EI Compendex and Scopus.
