As the workshop of ICCSS 2021, all accepted papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the ICCSS 2021 Conference Proceedings as a special chapter, and submitted for included in IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex and Scopus index. 

Some selected and extended papers after the conference will be recommended and reviewed for possible publication in the IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices (ISSN: 0018-9383; Impact Factor: 2.913) as the regular papers, which will be abstracted and indexed in: Science Citation Index, Science Citation Index Expanded, etc.
