Accepted and presented papers after proper registration and presentation, will be published in the Conference Proceedings by IEEE, and sent to be reviewed by the IEEE Conference Publication Program for IEEE Xplore, Ei Compendex and Scopus.

All accepted papers in ICCSS 2017-2019 conference proceedings have been included into IEEE Xplore and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus already.

After conference, some selected papers, after content extention (at least 40%) and peer-review, will be recommended to be published in IEEE Transaction on Electron Devices as regular papers. The journal information is as follows.
