ICCCI 2021 is organized by Nagoya Institute of Technology, Japan, sponsored by IEEE Japan Council and IEEE Nagoya Section. Previous ICCCI were held in China and Nagoya respectively and attracted over 100 participants. ICCCI has become an important platform for researchers, engineers and relevant practitioners in the broad areas of computer communications and Internet to present their latest results and findings in a fruitful and open-minded environment.
