They are frustrated for a number of reasons, including that they suspect that few members of the community read their sentencing remarks online, public reports do not give a balanced account of what they said in sentencing, the reports often concentrate on the reaction of victims and their families to the sentence, and governments are called upon to do something about sentencing.
